A registered member of the Council of Architecture, India, and The Indian Institute of Architects, he brings over two decades of experience to every project. He has successfully managed a remarkable portfolio of over 200 projects, spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and retail sectors. From intimate spaces of 10,000 square feet to expansive developments exceeding 1 million square feet, his visionary approach ensures project success within budget and aesthetic excellence.
Sameer fosters a collaborative environment, emphasizing open communication between stakeholders. His unwavering commitment to client satisfaction remains the cornerstone of Urban Catalysts’ success.
Ar. Charulata Lotke
Charulata is a cornerstone of Urban Catalysts, enriching the team with her extensive experience and expertise. A graduate of the University of Mumbai with a First Class Bachelor of Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Architecture, she is also a Registered Member of the Council of Architecture, India.
Charulata’s designs go beyond aesthetics. Her deep understanding of social and cultural dynamics ensures that each project is imbued with meaning and relevance to its community. Her meticulous approach encompasses all phases, from initial concept development to the refinement of design details, making her an invaluable asset to every project.
Ar. Anmol Warang
Anmol brings a dynamic blend of experience and academic rigor to Urban Catalysts. A graduate of the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai, he holds a master’s degree in advanced architecture from YCMOU, Nasik, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Built Environment from Amity University, Mumbai.
With over two decades of experience, Anmol has spearheaded the successful completion of approximately 50 redevelopment projects in Mumbai. His passion for urban housing is evident not only in his work, but also through his published articles on FSI (Floor Space Index) and redevelopment strategies.
Anmol excels in leading architectural teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and exceed expectations. He is a dedicated mentor, fostering the growth of emerging talent within the field.
Ar. Rupali Warang
Rupali brings a versatile skillset and a focus on successful project execution to Urban Catalysts. A graduate of the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in construction management from YCMOU, Nasik. With 18 years in the built-environment industry, she boasts expertise in diverse project types, including neighborhood masterplans, residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
Rupali excels at achieving a seamless balance between commercial needs and design excellence. Her focus throughout the design and delivery phases ensures timely completion of high-quality projects. Her leadership role encompasses overseeing planning and design from initial concepts to navigating all aspects of construction.
Ar. Ankita Jadhav
Ankita, a graduate of the Kamala Raheja Institute Architecture & Environmental Studies with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, brings a unique blend of design expertise and management skills to Urban Catalysts. Her experience working with renowned firms like Space Dynamix and Hafeez Contractor further strengthens her capabilities.
Ankita plays a pivotal role in supporting Urban Catalysts’ success. Her diverse skillset encompasses operations, administration, logistics, and design department management.
